About Adam J. Berner
Adam J. Berner is one of the few mediator's whose first and primary profession is mediation and conflict resolution. After receiving a degree in accounting, followed by his mediation training at the national acclaimed mediation clinic at Cardozo School of Law, Adam continued his ADR pursuit to find the best training programs throughout the country, now totalling over ,1000 hours of mediation training from an eclectic array of models and approaches. It is with this committment to the field and his familiarity with a wide range of conflict resolution tools that he is best able to serve his clients in finding the right kind of services for each particular case and situation at hand.

In addition to his private practice, Adam is an experienced and sought after trainer, speaker and workshop leader in mediation and conflict resolution, having trained attorneys, court personnel, schools, clergy and corporate staff throughout the New York and New Jersey area. He is an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo School of Law where he teaches General and Divorce Mediation classes in addition to having taught family law at the law school. Adam also serves as the Director of Training at the New York Center for Interpersonal Developments' (NYCID) Mediation & Conflict Resolution Training Institute.
