Our Mediation Services
It’s About You…
While a website is to let our clients or potential clients know who we are and the expertise that we have, from our perspective, this is about you, not about us.
Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. All participants in mediation are encouraged to actively participate in the process, learn more.
We are here to help you.
Dealing with conflict is part of being human. We look different from one another, think different from one another and experience causes and effects very differently. No matter how good of a person we are, no matter how smart or responsible we are, disputes are often inevitable, especially in the context of relationships.
Whether between family members, colleagues in the workplace, business partners or members of an organization, when we find ourselves in conflict with another person or people, it can be all consuming. It is hard to focus on anything else – especially if it is with a person with whom we have a relationship with – whether family, work, or business.
Every day, multiple times a day, we meet our clients, hear what they are going through and feel their anxiety, fears, frustration and even anger. But we also hear their hopes, to find a way out of this conflict, to be able to focus on the future and move forward…
With emotions building up, or lawyers billing up, conflicts can easily mushroom out of control.
Enter the legal system, and you enter a different universe that you are not familiar with, with rules, procedures, decision makings and great financial costs that are out of your control.
Enter Mediation and you retain control.
Enter Mediation and you arrive in a safe and trusting environment where you can directly, personally, and cost effectively deal with the conflict head on, together, in a problem solving way, instead of against each other in a destructive way.
All you need is 2 (or more) sides that are willing to come to the table. You share your conflict and your differences, and we will provide a path to help you reach a resolution.
We are here to help.
Let our family help your family.
Let our business help your business.
