Divorce Services – Starting With You

Our website describes our services and expertise, but more important than getting to know who we are, is us getting to know who you are and what your goals are.

We are here to help you.

Every day, multiple times a day, we meet our clients, hear what they are going through and feel their fears and worries.

  • Will I lose my home?
  • How will this impact my kids?
  • How will this impact my relationship with my kids?
  • What can I do to stabilize this chaos?
  • Can I move out? Can he move out?
  • How will I afford to live?
  • How will I get through this?
  • How can I be protected?
  • The questions go on and on. All day and all night.

We know that it is hard. We know what keeps you up at night. We understand the anxiety that you carry around at work and with your kids. We know your fears.

We are here to help.

Let our family help your family.

Divorce in the United States, also known as dissolution of marriage, is a legal process in which a judge or other authority dissolves the bonds of matrimony existing between two persons, thus restoring them to the status of being single and permitting them to marry other individuals. In the United States, marriage and divorce fall under the jurisdiction of state governments, not the federal government.

How we view divorce

We view divorce not as the end of the relationship, but a restructuring and reorganization of the family. The family remains. Because of this view, we are not just focused on getting a deal, but are mindful of the relationships – both during the divorce process as well as for the many years thereafter

Getting Started and Next Steps

Once you have chosen to work with us, what happens next?

After you’ve scheduled a meeting with one of our attorneys at a time which is convenient for you, you are on the right path to finding a solution to your conflict. You will receive a Welcome Letter, letting you know what to expect, how to get to our office, and what to bring. We will explain what you can expect at your initial consultation and what you can do to prepare for the meeting to make it as productive as possible.

We are here to help!

We recognize that this is all new for you, but we’ve been doing this for over 25 years, and can guide you as to the best way to help you reach the place that you want to be. Contact us today.
