Adam Berner, JD, MA  &New York Center for Interpersonal Development to offer an exciting 40 Hour Family & Divorce Mediation Training in March 2007.

This is a comprehensive 40 Hour Divorce Mediation Training that is designed to cover basic theory and skills of divorce mediation including divorce law, all financial aspects of divorce, parenting issues and family dynamics.

This Training is an approved training by the Association of Conflict Resolution, Family Section.

About the Trainer

Adam Berner is a private mediator, collaborative lawyer and conflict resolution trainer whose practice of mediation, primarily in the areas of family, divorce, employment and workplace disputes.   He serves as an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law where he teaches divorce mediation and is the Immediate Past President of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York.  Adam is an Accredited Mediator with New York State Council of Divorce Mediation and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.  Adam is also an Advanced Practitioner of ACR, Family Section.  For the past decade, Adam has partnered with New York Center to deliver quality mediation training.

New York Center has more the 36 years of using its conflict resolution expertise to build capacity, enhance communication, and promote intercultural awareness.
